Sr Director, Clinical Sciences

Role: Senior Director, Clinical Sciences overseeing eyecare clinical studies from early to late-stage development, ensuring scientific integrity and strategic impact. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional study teams, design development plans and protocols, review clinical data, author key regulatory documents, develop innovative endpoints and biomarkers, build stakeholder relationships, and drive process improvements. Requirements: advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD), at least 10 years in biotech/pharma clinical development, with 8+ years leading clinical trials; experience in ophthalmology preferred, with strong leadership, collaboration, and regulatory expertise.
