Sr. Director, Clinical Research-CVM Nephrology

Role: Senior Medical Director, Clinical Research in CVM therapeutic area, leading early-stage kidney programs with a focus on RNAi therapeutics. Objectives include driving clinical strategy, advancing first-in-human and proof-of-concept studies, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities encompass clinical program leadership, trial oversight, safety monitoring, development of clinical development plans (CDPs), cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs, and external scientific engagement. Qualifications: MD or MD/PhD, Board Certified or specialist training in Nephrology preferred; 5+ years industry experience in early-phase CVM or renal drug development, including trial design, regulatory interactions, and program leadership.
