Sr Director, Business Strategy and Operations

Role: Oncology Business, Strategy, and Operations Lead supporting the SVP of Oncology Clinical Development to shape and execute the strategic vision for Gilead's Oncology Therapeutic Area (TA). Responsibilities: serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner, facilitate leadership meetings, oversee portfolio alignment with corporate development activities, drive staffing and resource allocation, define goals and KPIs, lead or contribute to strategic projects, and manage business operations and cross-functional collaboration, including with Kite. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 14+ years, or advanced degree with 12+ years of experience; extensive industry experience in drug development, ideally in oncology, covering all phases (Ph I-Ph III) and regulatory filings; strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills; high emotional intelligence and organizational expertise.
