Role: Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner (BUHR)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as trusted HR advisor to senior leaders across Global Business Services (GBS) and Global IT.
- Shape and execute talent, workforce, organizational effectiveness, and culture strategies.
- Translate business strategy into people plans enabling operational excellence, digital transformation, and business growth.
- Coach executives and leadership teams to improve effectiveness and organizational health.
- Lead organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability-building.
- Lead HR activities to establish and scale capability hubs/center: Manila, Philippines; Bogotรก, Colombia; GCC in Bangalore, India.
- Design and implement talent acquisition, onboarding, leadership, culture, and employee experience strategies for rapid ramp-up.
- Lead workforce planning, hiring, talent pipeline development, and monitor hiring progress/talent risks.
- Drive talent processes (talent reviews, succession management, leadership assessments, development planning).
- Lead people-related aspects of transformation initiatives; ensure change management, communication, and adoption of new operating models.
- Foster inclusive, high-performance culture; drive engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness; partner to address workforce matters.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 12+ years progressive HR experience with significant HR Business Partner leadership.
- Experience supporting senior executives in large global organizations.
- Expertise in organizational design, change management, talent management, workforce planning, and leadership coaching.
- Proven experience standing up/scaling shared services, GBS, or GCC.
- Large-scale hiring/talent ramp-up in aggressive timelines.
- Strong executive presence; influence and challenge senior leaders.
- Experience across multiple geographies and cultures.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Global IT/Digital/Technology, Shared Services, Business Services, or Transformation.
- Building capability centers/shared services in Asia/Latin America/emerging talent markets.
- Experience in medical devices/healthcare/life sciences or highly regulated industries.
- Experience through major transformation, separation, integration, or operating model redesign.
