Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner (BUHR)

Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted HR advisor to senior leaders across Global Business Services (GBS) and Global IT.
- Shape and execute talent, workforce, organizational effectiveness, and culture strategies aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Translate business strategy into people plans enabling operational excellence, digital transformation, and growth.
- Coach executives/leadership on effectiveness, decision-making, collaboration, and organizational health.
- Lead organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability-building.
- Lead HR activities to establish and scale capability hubs/center: Manila (Philippines), Bogotรก (Colombia), and GCC (Bangalore, India).
- Design/implement talent acquisition, onboarding, organizational design, leadership, culture, and employee experience for rapid ramp-up.
- Lead workforce planning and large-scale hiring under aggressive timelines; build talent pipelines and monitor readiness/talent risks.
- Drive enterprise talent processes (talent reviews, succession, leadership assessments, development planning).
- Lead people-related aspects of major transformations; ensure change management and stakeholder alignment.
- Foster inclusive, high-performance culture; drive engagement/retention; partner on complex workforce matters.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 12+ years progressive HR experience with significant HR Business Partner leadership experience.
- Experience supporting senior executives in large, global organizations.
- Expertise in organizational design, change management, talent management, workforce planning, leadership coaching.
- Proven experience building/scaling shared services, GBS, and/or Global Capability Centers (GCC).
- Large-scale hiring/talent ramp-up in aggressive timelines.
- Strong executive presence; influence/challenge senior leaders.
- Experience across multiple geographies/cultures.
Preferred:
- Experience with Global IT/Digital/Technology, Shared Services/Business Services/Transformation.
- Capability center/shared services experience in Asia, Latin America, or emerging markets.
- Medical devices/healthcare/life sciences or other regulated industries.
- Experience with significant transformation, separation, integration, or operating model redesign.

Travel: ~50% domestic/international.
