Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner (BUHR) – DePuy Synthes (GBS & Global IT)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as trusted HR advisor to senior leaders across Global Business Services and Global IT.
- Shape and execute talent, workforce, organizational effectiveness, and culture strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Translate business strategy into pragmatic people plans supporting operational excellence, digital transformation, and business growth.
- Coach executives and leadership teams; lead organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability-building.
- Lead HR activities to establish and scale capability hubs in Manila and BogotΓ‘ and a Global Capability Center in Bangalore.
- Design/implement talent acquisition, onboarding, organizational design, leadership, culture, and employee experience strategies for rapid ramp-up.
- Lead workforce planning and large-scale hiring; establish talent pipelines for critical roles; monitor progress and talent risks.
- Drive enterprise talent processes (talent reviews, succession management, leadership assessments, development planning).
- Lead people-related aspects of major transformation initiatives; ensure change management, communications, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new operating models.
- Foster inclusive, high-performance culture; partner with Employee Relations/Legal/Compliance; drive engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree; 12+ years progressive HR with significant HR Business Partner leadership experience; experience supporting senior executives in large global organizations; expertise in organizational design, change management, talent management, workforce planning, and leadership coaching; proven experience standing up/scaling/transforming Shared Services, Global Business Services, or a Global Capability Center; large-scale hiring/talent ramp-up in aggressive timelines; strong executive presence; experience across multiple geographies/cultures.
- Preferred: Experience supporting Global IT/Digital/Technology/Transformation or Business Services; capability center/shared services build in Asia/Latin America/emerging talent markets; medical devices/healthcare/life sciences or other regulated industries; transformation/separation/integration/operating model redesign experience.

Travel:
- Approximately 50% domestic and international.
