Sr. Director, Biostatistics

Role: Senior Director, Biostatistics, leading statistical strategies across LeonaBio's clinical development programs for high unmet medical needs, including oncology and neurodegenerative diseases. Responsibilities: shape study design, analysis plans, and interpretation; oversee statistical analyses, clinical reports, and regulatory submissions; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical Development, Regulatory, Data Management, Clinical Operations); manage external biostatistics partners and CROs; contribute to standards and best practices in biostatistics; communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders. Requirements: PhD/MS in Biostatistics or related field; 10+ years industry experience in clinical biostatistics, with preferred oncology, neurology, or rare disease background; expertise in trial design, regulatory interactions, late-stage development, and innovative statistical methodologies; proficiency in SAS/R and clinical data standards (CDISC); strong communication skills.
