Sr. Director, ATC Operations

Role: Senior Director, ATC Operations responsible for designing and establishing the Immatics Authorized Treatment Center (ATC) program for cell therapy, including qualification standards, SOPs, training, and ongoing monitoring. Responsibilities: develop the authorization framework, support site qualification and activation, lead treatment-center assessments, oversee training and system access, ensure chain of identity and custody compliance, support quality and audit activities, and coordinate cross-functional launch readiness. Build and lead a regional ATC operations team, defining operational models and establishing performance metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's in clinical, life sciences, or healthcare administration; 12+ years in biotech/pharma, with 5+ years in cellular therapy operations at treatment centers or in manufacturing supporting treatment center authorization. Knowledge of FACT standards, GTP/GMP, chain of custody, and cell therapy workflows. Preferred: advanced clinical degree (MSN, MHA, PharmD, MPH), hands-on cell therapy experience, leadership in treatment center qualification, and familiarity with accreditation and quality documentation. Reports to VP, Launch Excellence; fully remote with travel as needed.
