Sr. Director, ATC Operations

Role: Senior Director, ATC Operations, to design and lead the authorization program for Immatics' cell therapy treatment centers, enabling launch readiness and ongoing operations. Responsibilities: develop qualification standards, SOPs, training curricula, and risk assessment tools; oversee site qualification assessments, partner cross-functionally for training and quality management; support chain of identity and custody controls; lead treatment center onboarding, monitoring, and audit plans; and build a regional ATC operations team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare administration; 12+ years in biotech/pharma, including 5+ years cellular therapy operations experience (treatment center or manufacturer role supporting centers); working knowledge of FACT standards, GTP/GMP, chain of identity/custody, and cell therapy workflows. Preferred: advanced clinical degrees (MSN, PharmD, MHA, MPH), clinical background, experience in treatment center qualification, launch of autologous cell therapies, and leadership in quality assurance and operational compliance. High-Value: focus on autologous cell therapy, treatment center activation, chain of identity/custody, FACT standards, FACT accreditation, and GxP compliance. Collaboration: partners with Quality, Global Patient Supply, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and others. Location: fully remote with travel up to 40% domestically. The role emphasizes leadership in clinical operations, quality, and regulatory compliance within the rapidly evolving cell therapy landscape.
