Sr. Director, ATC Operations

Role: Senior Director, ATC Operations, to establish and lead the authorization program for Immatics' PRAME-targeted cell therapy treatments, including SOP development, site qualification, training, and ongoing monitoring across the US. Responsibilities: design the authorization framework, support site qualification and activation, develop training curricula, oversee chain of identity/custody, ensure compliance and quality, and coordinate cross-functional launch readiness activities. Lead the building and management of a treatment center operations team, including recruitment and performance metrics. Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, and global partners to harmonize standards and support treatment center accreditation. Requirements: Bachelor's in clinical, life sciences, or healthcare administration; 12+ years in biotech/pharma, with 5+ years in cellular therapy operations, familiarity with FACT standards, GTP/GMP, chain of custody, and treatment center workflows. Preferred: advanced clinical degrees, hands-on experience with leukapheresis, launch of autologous cell therapies, SOP writing, and leadership in treatment center qualification or network activation.
