Sr. Director, AI

Role: Senior executive leading the strategic development and enterprise-wide implementation of AI capabilities to support organizational transformation within a biopharma context. Responsibilities: define AI vision, develop scalable roadmaps, identify high-value use cases, partner with cross-functional teams including Technology, Data Engineering, and Business units to design, deploy, and optimize AI solutions—covering generative AI, machine learning models, and decision support tools. Oversee all stages of AI model lifecycle, establish responsible AI frameworks, and foster organizational readiness and adoption through training and stakeholder alignment. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; 12-15+ years in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics, with proven experience in deploying models in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), managing AI transformations, and working with large language models, NLP, deep learning, and MLOps. Skills: strategic planning, technical communication, AI ethics, stakeholder influence, and project management. High-Value: enterprise AI strategy, cross-functional leadership, cloud-based scalable AI systems, responsible AI governance, and transformative initiatives in biopharma or related industries.
