Sr Dir Preclinical & Translational PK/PD

Role: Senior Director overseeing PK and PK/PD strategies for early-stage drug discovery projects at Regeneron, influencing research and development across multiple therapeutic areas and modalities, including proteins, siRNA, CAR-T, and gene therapies. Responsibilities: serve as a scientific expert on preclinical and translational PK/PD, guide study design, coordinate with internal teams (Therapeutic Proteins, Assay Development, Preclinical Operations, etc.), manage nonclinical PK/PD studies, analyze data, derive FIH dose predictions, and prepare regulatory documentation. Requirements: PhD in Pharmacology, Biology, Biochemistry, with 12+ years in biotech/pharma, deep knowledge of PK/PD, proven leadership in study planning and data interpretation, strong communication skills, familiarity with PK/PD software (e.g., WinNonLin). Preferred: experience with novel modalities such as siRNA, CRISPR therapeutics, or cell therapies. High-Value: focus on early discovery, translational pharmacology, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory support for innovative biologics and gene therapies. Location: Tarrytown, NY, on-site with leadership responsibilities.
