Role Summary
The Sr. Director of CxM Data Products is responsible for the end-to-end portfolio of data products for the Johnson & Johnson MedTech CxM Platform across 5 key experiences and capabilities to support PR&O, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Service & Repair for 20,000 global users. The role involves creating the MedTech CxM strategy, delivering a data platform with reporting and analytics, and aligning to J&J data guidelines and standards.
Responsibilities
- Data Quality Management: Establish procedures to ensure data from legacy CRM and CxM systems are accurate, consistent, and reliable to support migration to the Butterfly Platform; conduct data profiling and quality indexing; lead data cleaning initiatives.
- Activate the Data Quality Framework: Monitor and improve data quality within the Butterfly platform.
- Data Integrations for CxM: Design and implement data integrations to enable exchange of information (MDM, CDP, compensation systems) within the Butterfly platform.
- Advanced Data Virtualization: Implement data virtualization with AI/ML capabilities to provide real-time, unified data views from diverse sources without moving data.
- Data Model, Mapping, and Migration: Design data models within the Butterfly platform; map data from legacy systems; oversee migration patterns and execution.
- Data Access & Data Product Enablement: Define strategy and enable delivery of data products from the Butterfly platform for data access and downstream consumption.
- Reporting: Develop and implement a reporting strategy; support operational and strategic reporting, including data sources outside of Butterfly.
- Data Archival & Decommission: Develop and implement archival and decommissioning plans for legacy systems.
- Tooling: Ensure consistent use of J&J data tools across squads.
- Compliance: Ensure data compliance with internal audit, information security, and regulatory standards across global markets.
- Metrics & KPIs: Establish and track key data and reporting metrics.

Education And Experience
- 15+ years leading data strategy, product development, and implementation across complex transformations.
- CxM, Salesforce, or Microsoft experience preferred.
- Bachelorβs Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
