Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist (reporting to Director of Omnichannel Marketing)
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain audience segmentation based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement data.
- Build journey maps and implement automated lifecycle journeys (welcome, nurture, retention, re-engagement).
- Align journey touchpoints with omnichannel/product marketing and customer experience goals.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns across the funnel (awareness β activate β conversion β retention).
- Collaborate with creative, omnichannel, and digital enablement for cohesive storytelling and attribution.
- Present best practices in digital marketing, personalization, and emerging channels.
- Ensure campaigns are submitted to the Promotional Review Board and meet legal/regulatory/medical guidelines.
- Own reporting dashboards; communicate monthly ROI.
- Run test-and-learn plans (A/B, multivariate) to improve conversion and engagement.
- Track lifecycle health (activation, churn, re-engagement) attributed to campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (Marketing/Communications/Business/Digital Media or related) or equivalent.
- 3+ years in digital marketing, email/SMS, and/or lifecycle campaign management.
Skills/Preferred:
- Segmentation, personalization, lifecycle journey design; knowledge of dynamic content.
- A/B & multivariate testing; strong editing/brand consistency.
- Marketing automation: Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Basic HTML/CSS; email development best practices.
- Analytics-driven optimization; strong organization/communication/project management.
- Preferred: email/digital marketing coursework/certifications; AMP for Email/Google Analytics; pharma/regulated industry experience.
Benefits/Compensation:
- Exempt; pay range $96,000β$120,000; annual bonus eligibility; medical/dental/vision, life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k) match; potential equity (RSUs/stock options) and incentives; paid time off (incl. holiday soft closure).
