Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Collaborate with Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and medical teams to support clinical trial design, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Develop/maintain data pipelines, analytical products, and dashboards to make data accessible, consistent, reliable, and actionable.
- Build operational metrics, statistical signals, risk indicators, and decision-support tools to detect early risks (site/study/vendor/country/workflow).
- Translate clinical/operational questions into solutions (ingression, transformation, modeling, visualization, monitoring, and consumption).
- Provide statistical/numerical methods guidance to assess signal vs noise.
- Apply programming/statistics/visualization for oversight, data quality review, performance monitoring, patient stratification, predictive modeling, and exploratory analysis.
- Develop AI-enabled, biomarker, translational, and digital measurement solutions.
- Build/maintain production stacks (Git, PRs, code review, CI/CD, release docs, change control) across controlled environments.
- Optimize cloud and analytics for performance, reliability, security, scalability, and cost.
Requirements
- BS in a relevant field with 4+ years (or MS with 2+ years, or PhD/equivalent).
- Practical passion for scalable clinical/operational problem-solving.
- Strong Python or R; SQL and data modeling.
- Databricks/Snowflake; Tableau/Power BI/R Shiny/Streamlit.
- Strong statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, trend/outlier/variance, signal vs noise).
- Experience with SAS/R JMP/SPSS (or similar), AI/ML & responsible AI.
- Git/GitHub; testing; CI/CD; cloud/infrastructure-as-code; monitoring/logging.
- Preferred: CDISC/GCP/regulatory clinical development; machine learning for predictive modeling/risk; familiarity with clinical data capture, RW data/EHR/wearables; GxP/validation and data integrity.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and manage priorities.
