Responsibilities:
- Build, scale, and operate validated data platforms (petabyte-scale data; GxP-compliant clinical data) to enable discovery and querying across chemistry, microscopy images, and assay results.
- Engineer data integrity and traceability: implement automated audit trails and data lineage required by 21 CFR Part 11 so clinical datalake datasets are queryable/relatable for regulatory questions; collaborate with biologists, chemists, and data scientists to improve dataset relatability and future query-ability.
