Sr. Customer Rep., Sales GHH -- Worcester

Role: Vaccine Customer Representative (VCR) supporting immunization programs within a specified territory (Worcester, MA). Main objectives include engaging healthcare providers, providing vaccine education, optimizing contract performance, and improving patient immunization rates. Responsibilities encompass product presentations aligned with CDC and professional guidelines, monitoring customer business performance, developing territory plans, and maintaining comprehensive vaccine knowledge. The role acts as a primary account contact, assessing practice needs, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance immunization efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years sales or healthcare-related experience, or equivalent experience with a high school diploma; valid driver’s license; strong relationship-building, analytical, and strategic planning skills. Preferred skills include vaccine experience and marketing/sales support knowledge. The position involves significant travel (~75%), is remote, and reports to Chad Desrochers. The role focuses on the promotion and education of vaccines, supporting healthcare provider practices, and advancing immunization coverage within a regulated, GxP-compliant environment, emphasizing customer engagement and healthcare outcomes.
