Sr. Courier/ Route Driver

Role: Courier II responsible for medical specimen and lab supply pickup, transport, and delivery, ensuring timely and safe operation within a healthcare diagnostics setting. Responsibilities: act as a floater in the logistics team, provide route training, assist dispatch, load supplies, complete pickup schedules, and handle specimens in accordance with safety standards; operate company vehicles and manage pickups via electronic devices; coordinate with dispatch and adapt routes based on traffic and weather. Qualifications: minimum 3 years of driver or courier experience; valid driver’s license with clean record; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; high school diploma or GED preferred. Additional standards include punctuality, organizational skills, problem-solving customer issues, and physical fitness. High-Value: role involves transportation of medical specimens and lab samples, emphasizing safety, compliance, and customer service within a healthcare diagnostics environment. Work setup: onsite in Broadview Hts., Ohio; schedule Monday–Friday 12:00 pm–8:30 pm, with ability to cover additional shifts and weekends; vehicle provided with option for personal use at a low cost.
