Sr Courier/ Route Driver

Role: Courier II responsible for medical specimen and lab supply pickup, transport, and delivery within a healthcare/laboratory setting. Responsibilities: operate company vehicle safely, manage daily pickup schedules, assist dispatch, provide on-route training for new couriers, and handle specimens with care while maintaining time management and organizational standards. Requirements: minimum 3 years driver or courier experience, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and meet physical demands. Preferred: high school diploma or GED, 1+ years customer service experience, strong punctuality, problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate traffic/weather conditions. HighValue: position involves logistics for diagnostic samples, supporting healthcare outcomes, with daily operations using handheld devices; company vehicle use offered for personal use at minimal cost. WorkSetup: onsite at Dublin, OH; schedule Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–9:30pm, with flexibility for weekends and shifts, including potential second shift differential.
