Sr. Courier

Role: Senior Courier responsible for timely delivery and pickup of lab samples across Phoenix, AZ, supporting laboratory logistics operations. Responsibilities include providing route coverage, training new couriers, assisting dispatch, loading supplies, managing daily pickups via handheld devices, and ensuring safe handling of specimens. The role requires operating company vehicles, navigating traffic, and collaborating with dispatch for additional pickups. Requirements: minimum 3 years of driver or courier experience, valid driver’s license with a clean record, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and at least 21 years old. Preferred: High School Diploma or GED, 1+ years in customer service, strong organization, punctuality, problem-solving skills, and physical endurance. High-value: logistics within a healthcare/laboratory environment, specimen handling, route planning, digital management tools, and adherence to safety and traffic laws. Work setup: full-time, floating shifts from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, with potential overtime and weekend rotations; company vehicle provided with optional personal use for a monthly fee.
