Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom AI/Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and AWS AI/ML services.
- Build RAG pipelines (vector databases, embeddings, contextual grounding).
- Develop AI Search capabilities (Azure AI Search, AWS Kendra, Elasticsearch) for intelligent retrieval and semantic grounding.
- Implement grounding, semantic reasoning, and conversational orchestration (Azure Cognitive Search, custom APIs, multi-cloud pipelines).
- Build Power Platform/M365 automation workflows and integrate copilots with SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 services; create custom Power Platform connectors.
- Provide technical leadership on AI/LLM architecture, prompt engineering, semantic search, and multi-cloud engineering; support LLM development/optimization/registration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases, translate requirements to solutions, deliver POCs/pilots, and ensure security/privacy/compliance/Responsible AI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years in AI/ML engineering, cloud development, or enterprise solution delivery.
- Practical experience with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Purview, Defender, Power Platform) and Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI; Power Apps/Power Automate; SPFx and Microsoft Graph; AI search technologies; cloud-native workflows (Azure Functions/AWS Lambda).
- Strong RAG/vector/semantic grounding knowledge.
- Proficiency in Python/C#/React/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI and MLOps/end-to-end AI lifecycle.
- Excellent communication/stakeholder engagement.
