Sr. Configuration Center Technician (Req #1293)

Role: Senior Configuration Center Technician responsible for executing multi-customer configuration projects in a warehouse environment. Objectives include ensuring accurate setup, testing, and packaging of customer equipment for rollouts and maintenance, with an emphasis on on-time delivery and quality. Responsibilities: follow specifications for configuring diverse hardware (PCs, servers, network gear), manage inventory, prepare shipments, document configuration status, and support project coordination and communication with customers and vendors. May involve limited field support and travel. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server, Linux, VMware; experience with rack, cabling, and low voltage infrastructure; proficiency in Microsoft Office; physical ability to lift equipment; excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred: LAN/WAN, Microsoft, CCNA certifications. High-value specifics: role centered on hardware configuration within IT warehouses, with potential for occasional field installation and travel; no direct involvement in biopharma-specific modalities, therapeutic areas, or clinical stages. Work setup: onsite in Chandler, AZ, 5 days per week.
