About The Role
Serves as the dedicated Commercial Effectiveness business partner for an assigned sales organization, supporting a specific franchise, sales team, and geographic area. Responsible for driving field execution excellence, operational effectiveness, analytics adoption, and capability development. Translates enterprise strategies, tools, and analytics into actionable insights and operational plans to improve business performance. Primary point of contact for Commercial Effectiveness support within assigned geography.
Your Contributions (include, But Are Not Limited To)
- Aligned Business Partnership & Field Leadership: Partner with field leadership to drive execution of commercial priorities; align field execution and operational standards across geographies; identify opportunities, address challenges, and support achievement of business objectives.
- Performance Analytics & Business Insights: Convert analytics/data into actionable recommendations; identify trends, execution gaps, and growth opportunities; drive adoption of dashboards/reporting for data-driven decisions.
- Field Effectiveness & Capability Development: Lead adoption of tools/processes (targeting, territory management, CRM, operational programs); provide training/coaching/onboarding and best-practice sharing; assess execution and gather feedback; oversee Field Ops super users (SOSLs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Implement solutions supporting field needs, launch readiness, and initiatives; represent the voice of the field; provide updates on performance and operational priorities; other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Business (or related) + 8+ years experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sales, sales operations, training, managed care, or operational excellence. OR Masterβs + 6+ years.
- Recognized thought leader with commercial/business expertise.
- Strategic direction to operational execution; advanced analytical thinking; strong influencing skills.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; exemplify core values (passion, integrity, collaboration, innovation, tenacity).
- Strong leadership; autonomous decision-making; translate data/metrics into value-add business insight.
Benefits
