About The Role
Independently collaborates with organizational stakeholders with a focus on Access & Reimbursement and provides unbiased, objective analyses to commercial planning efforts. Researches and analyzes products, markets, and competition; summarizes findings into insights and recommendations for cross-functional teams and occasionally senior leadership.
Your Contributions (Responsibilities)
- Develop and manage commercial analytics plans; collect and manage related data.
- Synthesize information from primary/secondary sources; identify opportunities; develop conclusions and recommendations.
- Provide strategic input to annual brand plan, brand/payer strategies, and KPIs.
- Plan and lead market research projects on Access & Reimbursement (vendor selection, guides, implementation, analysis, presentations, actionable recommendations, dashboards, forecast model/process improvement).
- Manage analytics budget; serve as consultative advisor; develop forecast scenarios with risks/opportunities.
- Build/maintain relationships with market research, secondary data, and competitive intelligence vendors.
- Partner to synthesize insights across workstreams and answer key business questions.
- Communicate analytical findings to Market Access partners.
- Contribute to shared capabilities (best practices, data automation).
Requirements
- BS/BA and 8+ years (secondary analytics, primary market research, and/or competitive intelligence) OR MS and 6+ years OR PhD and 4+ years.
- Strong analytics/problem-solving; expert methods knowledge (secondary/primary/competitive).
- Hands-on biopharma market data (including Access-specific sources, e.g., CoverMyMeds).
- Access/Market Access analytical experience, specialty pharmacy distributed products.
- Statistical modeling/quantitative analysis knowledge.
- Advanced Excel/PowerPoint/Word; strategic understanding of sales/marketing/access.
- Consulting skills; ability to present complex info; vendor management.
- Strong project leadership/management, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Base salary: $158,100β$216,000; annual bonus target 30% and eligibility for equity long-term incentive.
