Sr. CNC Machinist/Programmer

Role: Senior CNC Machinist/Programmer within Alcon's Engineering team, focused on optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring high-quality production of eye care products. Responsibilities: perform specialized technical tasks, design and modify manufacturing procedures, resolve engineering issues related to design, quality, and materials, develop test protocols, manage project budgets, and introduce new equipment or software. Ensure compliance with GxP and SOPs, maintain documentation, and uphold quality standards. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of relevant CNC machining experience, proficiency in MasterCam 2022 or later, and ability to read and communicate in English. Preferred: experience with Okuma controllers.
