Sr. Clinical Trial Manager, Therapeutics and Oncology

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager overseeing complex or high-priority clinical trials in oncology or rare diseases, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Responsibilities: manage trial operations, lead clinical trial teams, monitor vendor and CRO performance, oversee study timelines, review clinical data, and ensure adherence to GxP standards across global regions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on study materials, data review, feasibility, and regulatory documents, while tracking budgets and metrics. Requirements: 5-7 years of industry experience with at least 2+ years in independent trial management, Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), strong oncology/rare disease expertise, and knowledge of FDA/ICH GCP guidelines.
