Sr. Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager overseeing global late-stage clinical trials for a biopharma focused on small molecule therapies for cardiovascular, metabolic, and pulmonary diseases. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional study teams through all trial phases, manage CROs and service providers, ensure compliance with GxP, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines; coordinate study timelines, budgets, and site activities; support regulatory submissions and inspection readiness; monitor study progress, risks, and data integrity; and oversee site feasibility, selection, and management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare discipline; 7+ years of industry experience including 3+ years in clinical study management; proven experience managing multinational trials, CRO oversight, and working with global teams; strong knowledge of FDA and EU regulations, ICH, and GCP. Preferred: experience in biologics or peptide therapeutics development, supporting SOPs, and working across Asia-Pacific and EU regions.
