Sr. Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager (SCTM) overseeing global late-stage clinical trials for a biopharma focusing on small molecule therapies for cardiovascular, metabolic, and pulmonary diseases. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional study teams through all study phases, manage CROs and service providers, ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and regulatory standards, oversee site selection and management, monitor study progress, and handle budgets and timelines. Support regulatory documentation and inspection readiness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in scientific or healthcare discipline; 7+ years industry experience including 3+ years study management; strong knowledge of GxP, FDA/EU regulations, and clinical trial processes; experience managing multinational trials and CRO oversight. Preferred: global team experience, familiarity with SOP development, and cross-cultural coordination.
