Sr. Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager (SCTM) overseeing global Phase II clinical trials in a biopharma setting focused on small molecule therapeutics for cardiovascular, metabolic, and pulmonary indications. Responsibilities: manage day-to-day operations of multinational studies, coordinate with internal teams and CROs, oversee site selection, study start-up, monitoring, and close-out; develop and review study documents; ensure compliance with GxP, ICH, GCP, and regulatory requirements; monitor study timelines, budgets, and data quality; support inspection readiness and regulatory submissions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline; 7+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in study management; proven ability to manage global sites, CROs, and vendors; strong knowledge of FDA/EU regulations, ICH/GCP guidelines; proficiency in MS Office; up to 30% travel required.
