Sr. Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager (SCTM) leading global, late-stage clinical studies in a biotech focused on small molecule therapeutics for cardiovascular, metabolic, and pulmonary diseases. Responsibilities: oversee day-to-day trial operations, manage CROs and clinical sites, coordinate international cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with GxP, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines, and support study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities. Lead vendor selection, negotiate agreements, monitor study timelines and budgets, prepare regulatory documents, and ensure data integrity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline; 7+ years of industry experience including 3+ years in clinical study management; proven experience managing multinational trials, CRO oversight, and site management. Skills: strong knowledge of FDA/EU regulations, GCP, and clinical operations platforms; proficiency in MS Office; excellent project management and communication skills. Preferred: experience in global teams, especially in Asia-Pacific and EU regions.
