Sr. Clinical Research Associate

Role: Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) responsible for independently managing clinical trial activities for small to medium-sized studies or contributing significantly to larger trials within Structure Therapeutics' pipeline focused on cardiovascular, metabolic, and pulmonary diseases. Responsibilities: oversee protocol adherence, site management, vendor coordination, and compliance with GCP/ICH; support study start-up, enrollment, monitoring, and closeout; contribute to study document development, monitor drug supply, and ensure data quality; assist in vendor selection and manage site relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's in a relevant scientific discipline; minimum of 4 years' clinical trial management experience in sponsor, CRO, or CRA roles; strong knowledge of drug development, GCP, and SOPs; proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to motivate teams and work independently. HighValue: experience in early- to late-phase clinical trials, with a focus on small molecules, biologics, or other modalities; global trial experience preferred; up to 20% travel; hybrid or remote work setup. Collaboration: reports to Sr. CTM or Associate Director and works closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and sites.
