Sr. Clinical Research Associate

Role: Senior Clinical Research Associate focusing on oncology evidence generation, supporting observational studies in minimal residual disease (MRD) and biomarker-driven research. Responsibilities: manage external study sites and investigators, ensure protocol compliance, conduct remote monitoring, oversee biospecimen lifecycle, coordinate data/sample management, support IRB and regulatory activities, and drive study execution to ensure data/sample integrity and high-quality outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor’s in life sciences or related field; 5+ years CRA experience; 3+ years in industry or academic clinical research, preferably in oncology or molecular diagnostics; familiarity with GCP, ICH-GCP, FDA regulations; strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred: Master’s degree; 3+ years in oncology, precision medicine, or biomarker research; experience with NGS, ctDNA, MRD testing; supporting observational studies, patient registries, or decentralized models; experience with biospecimen logistics. High-Value: oncology, MRD, biomarker research, observational and registry studies, genomics/NGS, clinical biomarker data, compliance with GxP and regulatory standards. Work Setup: Raleigh/Durham, NC, Monday–Friday, primarily in-office with remote monitoring elements.
