Department Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities The Sr. Clinical Program Coordinator will provide support to the Clinical Operations team in the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials and programs. They will work collaboratively with the Immunocore Clinical Operations Leadership team, Clinical Research Organization (CRO) representative(s), vendors and other Immunocore functional departments (as required).

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare communications, presentations, and reports for key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, including agendas, slide preparation and Meeting Minutes
  • Oversee senior leaders schedule, screen for conflicts, organize meetings, and prioritize engagements to optimize time management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare materials for program and governance level meetings and other key interactions, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
  • Assist in tracking milestones, generating study and program level metrics, and providing written and verbal updates to Management
  • Manage travel arrangements, covering flights, hotels, ground transportation and expense reports for the team.
  • Provide administrative support as necessary, either unilaterally or in partnership with an executive assistant, to ensure seamless operations and execution of key responsibilities.
  • Assist in providing oversight & accountability to third party vendors assigned to a study or program.
  • Assist in publishing of Clinical Trial documents, such as Protocols and Amendments, Investigator Brochures, Lab Manual and other study related documentation, as needed
  • Prepare and distribute supportive documents needed by Investigator Sites, and other internal departments
  • Creation of Purchase orders for Clinical Operations vendors, as needed
  • Identify and communicate issues that will impact budget, resources and timelines

Desirable

  • Previous experience of working in Clinical Research or the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Understanding of principles of a good clinical practice
  • A proven track record of successfully contributing to the successful running of clinical study projects in a pharmaceutical/biotech business environment
  • Previous exposure to eTMF systems

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 plus years of experience in similar role (biological science, pharmacy or other health related discipline preferred)
  • Demonstrated computer skills; proven functional knowledge of Microsoft packages and ability to develop proficiency in relevant Immunocore IRT and EDC systems and programs
