Role Overview
The Sr. Cell Therapy Account Specialist represents Legend’s products and services to a defined customer base, generates and grows sales, and achieves/exceeds sales targets within a geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive multiple myeloma CAR-T brand choice among institution-based oncology customers.
- Understand Legend and competitor products and disease-state complexities.
- Navigate complex accounts; identify stakeholder needs/issues and triage to internal partners.
- Identify geography-specific issues/opportunities.
- Provide timely HCP/account insights to cross-functional teams on trends and competitive/therapeutic landscape changes.
- Develop and execute an account business plan using market intel.
- Collaborate on cross-functional account/physician projects; may co-promote with partner companies.
- Identify and resolve issues/opportunities; proactively communicate with marketing and sales management.
- Prepare territory plans/budgeting for contacts, educational grants, speaker events, and other external expenditures.
- Represent Legend at symposiums/conventions.
- Complete administrative duties (call reporting, expense submission).
- Report adverse events per guidelines.
- Promote appropriate product use per Corporate/PhRMA/OIG guidelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years pharma/biotech specialty/oncology/rare disease sales.
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
- Experience managing large accounts; strategic planning/problem solving.
- Cell therapy/bone marrow transplant sales experience.
- Experience in multiple myeloma; prior product launch in competitive environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written/presentation) skills; selling ability in competitive markets.
- Relationship building/influencing skills.
- Aptitude for rapid learning of technical/scientific information.
- Self-motivated, autonomous; collaborative; strong situational awareness.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to multitask; travel 75%.
- Strong organizational/time-management; accurate/admin follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
