Role: Senior Biostatistician leading statistical and data science efforts for the development and validation of NGS-based cancer diagnostic devices. Responsibilities: design and analyze analytical and clinical validation studies, develop innovative statistical and computational solutions, collaborate cross-functionally on study planning and regulatory submissions, ensure quality and timeliness of analyses, mentor junior staff, and represent FMI in regulatory and scientific forums. Qualifications: Masterβs or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field; 4+ to 6+ years of industry or academic experience; strong R programming skills; experience in assay validation, translational research, and cancer biology; familiarity with NGS technology, Python preferred. Preferred: extensive industry experience, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills. High-Value: focus on cancer diagnostics using NGS, regulatory engagement, analytical validation, and machine learning applications. Work setup: based in Boston, MA; salary range $145,000-$179,000; includes bonus and benefits.
