Sr BioProcess Engineer, MS&T

Role: Senior BioProcess Engineer providing technical leadership for development, manufacturing, and technology transfer of biologics and vaccines. Objectives: ensure manufacturing processes are capable, compliant, in control, cost-effective, and continuously improved to support vaccine/therapeutic supply. Responsibilities: lead process development, tech transfer, process validation, investigations, and process improvements; support manufacturing operations during technical issues; develop and review technical documentation; design experiments for cell line and process optimization; mentor junior staff and supervise interns/contractors. Requirements: BS/MS/PhD in Science or Engineering with 4+ to 8+ years in biopharma manufacturing; deep CGMP experience with biologics/vaccine production; knowledge of MS&T activities including process transfer, development, QbD/PAT, process validation; strong technical and communication skills; proficiency in scientific and statistical tools. Preferred: experience with high throughput bioreactors, project management, tech transfer, quality/regulatory interface, emerging technologies, digital tools.
