Sr Associate Scientist, FPD

Role: Senior Associate Scientist in Biologics Formulation and Process Development, focusing on developing drug formulations and manufacturing processes for innovative biologics such as monoclonal antibodies, bispecifics, ADCs, and fusion proteins to advance clinical programs. Responsibilities: design and execute experiments supporting formulation development, process optimization, and in-use evaluation; lead analytical and biophysical characterization; document data in compliance with GxP; author technical and regulatory documents; collaborate cross-functionally in project teams; analyze data and contribute to regulatory filings; promote continuous improvement and scientific innovation. Requirements: MS/MA with 4+ years or BS/BA with 6+ years of industrial biologics CMC experience; hands-on laboratory expertise in biologics formulation and process development; strong understanding of analytical/biophysical techniques. Preferred: experience with complex biologics in clinical stages, especially monoclonal antibodies and ADCs.
