(Sr) Associate Scientist, Analytical Development

Role: (Sr) Associate Scientist in Analytical Development supporting biologics, primarily virus-like particles (VLPs) and dye-conjugated VLPs, for late-stage clinical development. Responsibilities: execute analytical testing, support method development, qualification, transfer, and product characterization; maintain cell lines and perform molecular biology, immunoassays, and cell-based cytotoxicity assays; troubleshoot technical issues; prepare technical documentation; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Requirements: Bachelor's in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related; 2-4 years of hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR/qPCR, electrophoresis); aseptic techniques and cell maintenance experience; problem-solving skills; ability to independently execute experiments and maintain accurate documentation. Preferred: experience with SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, ELISA, HPLC, and understanding of biologics analytical development; experience in regulated GxP environments and biologics characterization.
