Sr. Associate-Production Scheduler

Role: Senior Associate, Production Planner within Lilly's Supply Chain, responsible for strategic production planning, capacity management, and supply chain integration at the manufacturing site. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing short- and long-term production schedules, translating demand forecasts into robust master schedules, managing capacity constraints through scenario analysis, and ensuring alignment with global supply chain strategies. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, including cross-functional collaboration with procurement, logistics, and leadership, as well as overseeing SAP MPS and MRP processes, maintaining data integrity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred skills include advanced analytical capabilities, project management, and familiarity with OSSCE metrics.
