Role Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Reconciliation
- Manage vendor invoice processing and payment tracking with high accuracy.
- Lead monthly invoice QA and reconciliation; resolve discrepancies timely and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain organized documentation for audits and financial reviews.

Budget Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and update budget allocations, forecasts, and actuals across media campaigns.
- Prepare/refine budget tracking templates and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close financial submissions.

Operational Support & System Administration
- Administer financial systems (e.g., Prisma and internal platforms) to ensure data consistency/usability.
- Collaborate with media activation and finance teams to align workflows.
- Implement/optimize operational processes that support the media investment lifecycle.

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Support documentation/reporting for compliance and audit readiness.
- Identify and escalate process gaps or risks to leadership.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (2+ years) OR master’s (0+), OR associate’s (6 years), OR high school (8 years).
- 3–4 years in financial operations, media finance, or budget coordination.
- Excel proficiency; familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Prisma).
- Strong organizational/analytical skills; attention to detail.
- Independent and collaborative in fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Effective communication; can present financial data.
- Interest in media operations, financial governance, or digital marketing finance; comfort with ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital media/agency/ad operations.
- Advanced knowledge of media/campaign platforms (Media Ocean/PRISMA, CM360, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).

- May require up to 5% travel; Hybrid work location.
