Sr. Associate II, Field Technical Service Engineering - Surgical

Role: Surgical Field Service Engineer supporting Surgical, LenSx, and Refractive Products in Hawaii. Objectives: ensure proper deployment, maintenance, and support of surgical equipment to optimize clinical outcomes. Responsibilities: provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot equipment issues, conduct installations and repairs, and facilitate product training. Requirements: technical diploma or equivalent; experience in medical device service, preferably in ophthalmology surgical equipment; strong troubleshooting and technical skills; excellent communication abilities. Preferred: prior experience with Alcon products or ophthalmic surgical devices; knowledge of surgical environments and sterile procedures. High-Value: ophthalmic surgical devices, LenSx laser systems, refractive surgical products, support in Hawaii. Collaboration: work closely with clinical teams and internal stakeholders. WorkSetup: on-site in Hawaii, with travel required within the region; current employment at Alcon or contingent worker status required for internal applicants.
