Role: Senior Associate, Digital Product Management – Digital Health, supporting Alcon's IT team by delivering data and analytics solutions to enhance digital health products. Responsibilities: collaborate with project managers to deliver features aligned with the product roadmap, manage and prioritize product backlog, define and monitor KPIs, engage with stakeholders for feedback, and ensure smooth cross-functional team delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years in digital product roles; proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, SQL, and Tableau; understanding of digital health products and analytics; healthcare or eye care experience is a plus.
