SR ASSOCIATE DIGITAL MANUFACTURING I
What You Will Do
- Build digital solutions to support manufacturing operations by identifying improvement opportunities and creating tools to enhance productivity.
- Enable data infrastructure and analytics: implement robust site-level data structures and architecture for advanced analytics, modeling, and big data initiatives; build predictive models and actionable insights for plant performance; drive AI and predictive analytics integration.
- Integrate and optimize business systems by evaluating interdependencies between smart technologies, enterprise systems (e.g., MES, ERP), and manufacturing processes.
- Lead digital project execution and governance, including prioritization, approval, and execution.
- Deliver insight through analytics and visualization using tools such as SQL, Tableau, and other analytics platforms.
- Champion collaboration and network alignment with global digital teams and other manufacturing sites to standardize solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and justify digital investments by preparing business cases for new digital initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- High school/GED + 4 years engineering or computer science experience OR
- Associate’s + 2 years engineering or computer science experience OR
- Bachelor’s + 6 months engineering or computer science experience OR
- Master’s
Preferred Qualifications
- Command-line programming/scripting (e.g., Python, C/C++, Java or similar).
- Strong data structures and ability to build analytical models.
- Present data-driven insights to leadership; cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes; translate business needs into system requirements.
- Operational excellence, continuous improvement, lean/Kaizen.
- Fast-paced environment issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration; proactive, results-driven; manage multiple priorities.
