Sr. Associate, Clinical Supplies Planning and Logistics

Role: Entry-level Clinical Supplies Professional supporting clinical trial logistics in a biopharma setting focused on cardiovascular, metabolic, and pulmonary diseases. Responsibilities: manage IP forecasting, packaging, labeling, inventory tracking, and distribution via third-party vendors; collaborate with external partners (CMOs, CROs, shipping vendors) and internal teams (Clinical Ops, QA, Regulatory) to ensure compliance and proper documentation; contribute to study-related documentation review and inspection readiness. Requirements: BA/BS in a scientific discipline or Supply Chain; 3+ years in clinical supplies, QA, manufacturing, or related GxP environment within biotech/pharma; experience with forecasting, labeling, distribution, and global logistics preferred; knowledge of cGMP, GCP, GDP, GLP desirable; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to manage multiple priorities and work across diverse teams in a partially remote environment.
