Sr Assoc Scientist, Therapeutic Antibodies (Pharmacokinetics)

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sr. Associate Scientist to join our Research Pharmacokinetics and Sample Analyses Team within the Therapeutic Proteins organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide PK study and sample analysis assistance for timeline driven experiments
• Conduct in vivo testing and ex vivo sample analysis using immunoassay methods, including assay development/optimization if required
• Perform data analysis and report experimental results in both verbal and written communications
• Work effectively either as a team player or as an independent individual

Qualifications

• Required: B.S. or M.S. degrees in biology or a related field with 3+ (MS) - 6+ (BS) years of laboratory experience
• Required: Experience with microtiter plate-based assays, such as ELISA
• Required: Basic rodent handling techniques; good communication and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Required: General computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Preferred: Experience with GyroLab xPlore analysis system
• Preferred: Experience with GraphPad Prism
