Responsibilities:
- Co-lead large-scale projects, collaborating across Global Services, HR, Digital, Technology, and Communications to deliver compensation program execution.
- Serve as subject-matter expert for technology-enabled compensation initiatives; drive digital-first solutions that simplify processes, improve accuracy, and enhance the employee experience.
- Design, prototype, and support deployment of AI-powered assistants/intelligent agents (e.g., conversational bots, workflow automations, decision support tools) to automate routine Total Rewards inquiries, guide managers through pay decisions, and accelerate survey/benchmark analysis.
- Collaborate with Digital and Technology to integrate AI/agents with HRIS, compensation platforms, analytics tools, and communications channels; ensure secure, compliant data flows.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using automation, RPA, and AI; implement changes and maintain procedures and process documentation.
- Assist with the strategy, design, and delivery of communications for Total Rewards programs.
- Apply Johnson & Johnsonโs Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions.
- Ensure data integrity and triage system/tool issues and escalations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of professional compensation experience.
- Professional Digital/AI experience.
- Hands-on experience designing/building/implementing AI agents, conversational interfaces, or automation solutions (LLMs, APIs, or RPA tools); familiarity with responsible prompt engineering for generative AI.
- 10% travel required.
