Role Summary

The Senior Analyst, Sales Analytics, reporting to Senior Manager, Sales Analytics, is an important member of the Commercial Operations team at Liquidia, and helps drive field sales performance by assisting with the tactical implementation of sales data collection & publication, and ensuring continued data accuracy of the delivered reports & dashboards. Another key aspect of the role is the responsibility for a high level of field engagement with an emphasis on ensuring the streamlined operation of the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, synthesize and publish daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Yutrepia sales data from the internal Data Warehouse (DWH) as directed.
  • Participate in the creation & delivery of all reporting related to Treprostinil Injection sales.
  • Deliver in-depth dashboards and reports in support of optimizing sales performance on a regular and ad hoc basis.
  • Participate in the Quality Control of all commercial data and reporting.
  • Act as the key communication liaison between the home office and field teams in areas of HCP alignment, address change, Veeva DCR, new HCP adds, etc. Process approved updates according to SOP.
  • Responsible for leading Liquidia Field Fleet Management by monitoring, reporting and managing all fleet operations through Motus.
  • Support planning process for appropriate segmentation, sales resource coverage, role and capability planning, and allocation of market potential during the Yutrepia target re-tiering and sales force sizing exercises.
  • Coordinate efforts in developing and supporting all Field Sales tools designed to increase the effectiveness of Sales and Sales Management, with an emphasis on Veeva based solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standardized data accountability operational procedures and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales to ensure that sales data is accurate and up-to-date. Conduct customer service activities to assist Field Sales personnel with the reconciliation of NPS counts, and the proper allocation of Incentive Compensation credit according to SOP.
  • Monitor miscellaneous sales representative activities to ensure compliance, such as HCP interactions (including key customer reach & frequency), promotional spend, Motus, etc.

Qualifications

  • Two plus (2+) years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry in areas of sales operations, analytics or related consulting roles.
  • Experience with sales force activity platforms, such as Veeva CRM or similar CRM required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint in analyzing and presenting industry data required; familiarity with specialty pharmacy data highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Knowledge in pharmaceutical industry data such as Specialty Pharmacy (SP), Veeva Compass, IQVIA, Symphony and CMS Openpayment data highly desired.
  • Knowledge in pharmaceutical data warehouse (especially SQL) highly desired but not required.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI preferred
  • Ability to work closely and positively collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently deliver results.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Local candidates preferred but not required.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
