Sr Analyst, R&D Business Ops

About This Role

  • Help manage demand forecast data for users and managers.
  • Perform data quality checks for resource managers.
  • Issue resolution and error correction for resource management data and reports.
  • Build, manage and collect outputs for scenario planning and portfolio modeling exercises.
  • Historical performance analysis, data regression, technology implementation.
  • Co-ordinate with the Tableau development Team to have the reports built in Tableau for users.
  • Performance analysis of current and historical data and perform data regression to determine the correct technology for implementation.
  • Analyze the requirements and develop Tableau Reports for users from R&D, PO&T, Procurement Teams.
  • Manage Clarity Application which is the single source of truth for R&D Data.
  • Provide issue resolution and error correction for resource management data, Timelines Management and Reporting.
  • Perform data quality checks in Clarity and Reporting for Program Managers, Resource Managers.
  • Research, Analyze and Develop new features in Clarity and Tableau tools based on the requirements.
  • Manage training for End Users on Tableau and Clarity.
  • Perform Monte Carlo Analysis for the projects and the versions in Planisware.

Travel required up to 5%.

Required Skills

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronics Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr Analyst, R&D Business Ops-related occupation.

Position Requires Demonstrable Experience In The Following

  • Technical requirements definition, design and system implementation
  • Business analysis and landscape assessment
  • Design, creation and management of Dashboards and Reports in tools including Tableau or PowerBi.
  • Data processing and analytics, including use of relevant software including Snowflake.
  • System integrations and architecture, including integrations and interfaces.
  • Data strategy, governance and quality management. Position requires proficiency in the following software platforms (or analogous), with specific application in R&D Portfolio Management, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology:
  • Planisware V5, E6 or E7
  • SQL
  • Tableau
  • Power BI
  • Informatica
  • Service Now
  • AWS DevOps
  • Python
  • StreamLit
  • HPALM
  • JIRA
  • Program Planning
  • PowerApps

Travel required up to 5%.

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this role is: $153,733.00-$153,733.00

Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.

Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
