Position Summary
Senior Analyst, Procurement Center of Excellence supports the Procurement Center of Excellence with detailed analysis, data management, and implementation of procurement and trade compliance strategies. Supports management of the P2P process to align procurement activities with company strategic objectives, driving efficiency and compliance.

Job Responsibilities
Global Strategy and Execution Support:
- Assist in managing the Procurement Card program and S2P portal support.
- Support global standardization of procurement operations processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Aid in management of the BPO team, including transition oversight, training, and performance tracking.
- Track implementation/progress of key projects, ensuring milestones, managing escalations, and driving activities to defined timelines.

Procurement Operations and Supplier Management:
- Serve as subject matter expert for SAP and S2P.
- Implement system enhancements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage departmental data and maintain updates on the Procurement Portal.
- Manage supplier relationships; track delivery timeliness, quality, and cost; optimize the supply base.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies/procedures, corporate contracts, and e-catalogs.
- Support process improvements and change management; develop and document procedures.

Monitoring and Reporting:
- Assist with SOX compliance (documentation, audit requests, regulatory adherence).
- Maintain metrics and support reports identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor procurement activities and provide insights/recommendations for performance and compliance.
- Manage spend analytics platform and reporting.

Minimum Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business (required).
- 6–8 years in procurement and sourcing; purchase-to-pay experience preferred.
- CPM certification preferred.
- Proven results in global, complex, regulated environments.
- Proficient with SAP and S2P; Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Annual base salary: $93,000–$110,000; eligible for annual performance pay bonus; competitive benefits package.
