Sr. AI Science Lead

Role: Senior AI Science Lead in Lilly's AI-driven drug discovery partnership with NVIDIA, focusing on large-scale AI research to advance medicine development. Responsibilities: define scientific direction and technical strategy for foundation and frontier AI models trained on Lilly's chemical and biological data; lead design of discovery learning cycles; develop next-generation AI architectures; oversee large-scale multi-GPU training systems; build and mentor high-performing teams of AI scientists, engineers, chemists, and biologists; translate research into scientific impact through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
